Cancellation Policy For retreats without Winnie Fleming teaching:

• If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, a $40 cancellation fee will be duducted from your registration fee. Example - $267 registration - $40 = $227 refund.

• If you cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to retreat start date, a $75 cancellation fee will be duducted from your registration fee. Example - $267 registration - $75 = $192 refund.

• If reservation is cancelled within 29 days of arrival date, guest will forfeit the registration fee.

All notices of cancellation must be made by phone or text @ 832-640-2923 or by email at  Carol@QuiltNotes.com.

Class Policies For Winnie Fleming Class/Retreat

Classes are filled as registrations and payments are received. If you must cancel your registration, refunds, if any, will be made according to the following schedule:

• If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the start of the class, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount you paid and the balance will be refunded to you. Example - a $367 registration fee - $50 = $317 refund.
• If you cancel 60 to 30 days prior to the start of class, a $120 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount you paid and the balance will be refunded to you. Example - a $367 registration fee - $120 = $247 refund.
• If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of class, a $160 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount you paid and the balance will be refunded to you. Example - a $367 registration fee - $160 = $207 refund.
  

All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges unless the product is defective or destroyed in shipping.
